A: Fundraising is a lot like a homework assignment. If you give a student four weeks to complete a paper, most will use only the last few days to actually do the work. By keeping your fundraiser short, your students will be more focused and likely have better results.

A: We abide by the tax laws in your state. If your organization had a tax exemption number, you are not required to pay tax. We do require documentation to be on file for verification purposes. If you cannot provide a tax exemption number, you will be charged sales tax. Be sure to verify your exemption status with your organization.

A: You will need to contact your group’s sponsor and request that he or she place the order for you.

11) I received a substitute item that I do not like. What can I do?

A: In the rare occasion that we are forced to send out a substitute item, we will send out an item that is equal or greater in value than the item that you originally ordered. If you find that you are not satisfied with the substitute, we are more than happy to replace it with an item that you do like. Simply log on to our website and chose your item. You can then utilize our Contact Us page or call us at 1-866-628-MINK (6465) to resolve the problem.

A: Orders placed online are shipped directly to the shipping address that is given by the person who placed the order. Shipping cost are calculated at the time of purchase and added to the total at checkout.
